A : Please have ready all these information
1. Your Full Name (First Name and Last Name)

3. Arrival Date
4. Departure Date
5. Room Type and Price.
6. How many rooms do you need?
7. How many persons and their name.
8. Your email address.
9. Your credit card detail to guarantee the booking at the time of reservation. -
Q : What kind of information do I need to provide when I make a room reservation ?
A :
1. Go to www.bangkoksuite.com
2. Choose Room Type and Price you like or choose the Promotion Package you prefer
3. Key-in Check In and Check Out date
4. Select your Room Type you like
5. Click Search
6. Please select from the Available room from the Status column
7. Select No of Room you like and click Continue
8. The screen will show the Room and Price you just selected, if it is correct, click Book
9. Please Review your selection and also Read our Cancellation Policy
10. Please provide any other information as request on the page, select or click on the
small box or the orange text read Please click here to agree to All to agree on our
Terms & Conditions /and Cancellation Policy
11. Clicks Continue.
12. All reservation details will be displayed in order to recheck before submitting the credit card details. ?
13. Please provide necessary credit card information for guarantee your booking (payment will be made upon arrival at the hotel either by cash or by credit card.
14. After filled in your credit card details, Booking Acknowledgement will be sent you via e-mail. Please print it and bring it to the hotel when you check in.Notes:

Q : Booking Acknowledgement.
A : Booking Acknowledgement is our Booking Confirmation sent via e-mail automatically after you submitted your credit card details to secure the reserved room(s) via internet. All important details and outstanding payment was show on the Booking Confirmation.

Q : If I don't book online, how can I get a confirmation ?
A : If you don't book your room online with credit card guaranteed, your reservation is not complete and we can only acknowledge your booking and cannot confirm or guarantee a room for you.

Q : After I booked my room, what if I want to change my Arrival Date ?
A : Notification of cancellations/amendments can be accepted via fax or e-mail [email protected] only but they will not be guaranteed (subject to room available).

A : Normally yes if there is a clean and ready room available but No Promise.

Q : Do I have to pay any extra if I check-in before noon ?
A : No if we have an available room. But if it is a different Room Type and Rates, then you have to pay the difference.

Q : Do I have to pay any extra if I come with children ?
A : Free of charge for children under 12 years old sharing room with parents without an extra bed (Maximum 2 children per room). Breakfast will be charged at 50% of adult's price.
